1. Who we are
aieditvideo.lol is an AI video editing service. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with Canva Pty Ltd, Google LLC or Stripe, Inc.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for the activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
3. Plans and billing
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year until you cancel from the billing page. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude local taxes.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the billing page and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Because generation capacity is reserved when a plan starts, partial months are not refunded except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit or that depicts other people in a misleading way. You are responsible for holding the rights to any footage, images, music or text you upload.
6. Your content
You keep the rights to the media you upload and to the videos you export. You grant us the licence needed to store and process that media so the editor and the AI features can work.
7. Availability
Generation is a shared resource, so queues can be long at peak times and render times vary. We may change features, limits or pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
